Reiteradas han sido las quejas de Luis Correa, vecino del sector de Francke que ha recurrido a La Radio para hacer manifiesta su desesperación y angustia, debido a que hace un par de meses las cuentas de la luz de su hogar han excedido de forma brusca.

En entrevistas anteriores Luis Correa señaló que se acercó a conversar con Pedro Cárcamo, Gerente Comercial de SAESA, el cual le entregó solución parcializada sobre el tema.

El ejecutivo envió a un equipo del servicio CREO quienes verificaron el sistema de medidor de luz, asegurando que todo estaría en orden al momento del cobro mensual, pero que igualmente debía cancelar la cuenta del mes de junio y julio las cuales excedían los
$300 mil.

Luis Correa nuevamente se enfrentó con una elevada cuenta de $85 mil a cancelar correspondiente al mes de Agosto, por lo que, recurrió hablar una vez más con el Gerente Comercial de SAESA, pero este no dio la cara, señaló.

Tras esta denuncia La Radio intentó comunicarse con el Gerente Comercial para entregar alguna solución al afectado, pero los intentos fueron infructuosos.
